You need a Macbook or MacOS computer with Xcode IDE installed (latest version), you can easily download in here https://xcodereleases.com/
You will need a developer account if want to publish this interesting app on App Store
2. Feature:
You can create some picture like watermark png file with some tool:
Draw Image from your photos lib
Draw Text
Draw ellipses , rectangle shapes ..
Free drawing
Can export any resolution : 2k , 4k ...
Very simple and easy to implement.
Use swift version >= 4.

You have to import your own app icon
Launch screen already
